2. Check availability in The Region:
Not all Apps are allowed to get installed in certain region or country.
Threads which was released by Instagram recently. It might not yet be available to your region due to the period when it was released.
In that case, wait for a few days till it becomes available in your region, that's when you'll be able to download and Install it from the App Store or Google Play Store of your device.
